I cannot say enough about Mount Sinai- from the serene mountain setting to the unbelievably supportive and loving staff. I have struggled with addiction and deep trauma issues for years now and until my stay at Mt. Sinai, I had not been able to get the help needed to get to the root of my issues nor the guidance and loving support in how to do that with true understanding. Before my transfer there, I sought treatment at a facility that was touted as the best in the nation and state of the art- what I found though, was that clients quickly became just a number and a dollar sign and lost in the mix. This was the exact opposite at Mt. Sinai as I was enveloped into a warm environment and tightly knit community- all of which were on a first name basis, all the way up to the CEO and COO and down to the cleaning and kitchen staff. While my journey was a long and hard one, I most importantly felt SAFE and supported every step of the way. The camaraderie among patients was amazing, the expertise and support from nursing was stellar as they helped me through several crises, and the therapists there are next to none. Personally, my therapist helped to save my life- her compassion, empathy, expertise, and relatability brought me through the fight of my life. Mt. Sinai gave me new hope, a new beginning, and the peace I thought I’d never find again and for that, I’m forever grateful.

My younger sister has a real bad problem and we were running out of options when someone from her NA meeting recommended Mt Sinai. We dropped her off about 3 weeks ago and she seems to be doing very well. She told us she feels comfortable with the therapists there and the staff treats her much better than anywhere else we have tried to get her help. We are very optimistic about her recovery this time and that she is finally receiving the care she needs.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! And I do NOT use that word lightly. If it wasn't for Mt Sinai I do not know where I'd be. But I do know, it wouldn't be anywhere good... They not only saved my life but helped me through a very rough part of my life and tought me a better way to handle stress. Helped me tremendously with me addiction, anxiety, and helped me be happy again. They are just plain amazing. As well as ALL the staff. From Owners to house keeping, from the Dr's to reception. SERIOUSLY. I can not express enough how much I sincerely appreciate EVERYTHING Mt. Sinai has done for me, and given me the tools to have a much better life.💗😍💗

Mount Sinai was different than any program that I have been to in the past. The way they treated us was much better than my past experiences. Here I felt like a person while undergoing treatment. At some other centers I felt like no one cared and I was just a diagnosis and a check from my insurance. Mount Sinai's amenities and staff made my stay much more pleasant. Their food was also much better than anywhere else I've been. I am newly sober and recently released from their care but I don't feel alone this time. I know if I need someone to talk to they will be there.

I’m the Wellness Director of The Fourmula, an outpatient program in Florida. If I had a family member or friend that needed residential treatment I would send them here. Their medical director Dr. Fareed is renowned in the field of addiction and his work has been published numerous times. I’ve visited the site myself and it’s secluded, serene, and more like a luxury mountain hotel than a treatment center. In the event that someone you care about needs help you can feel confident they will be well taken care of at Mount Sinai.

Mount Sinai Wellness Center is the reason I’m sober. After half a dozen failed attempts at stopping using through various IOP programs and my family decided to take me to Mount Sinai. It took being secluded in the mountains away from temptation to be able to focus on why I was using and what I wanted to escape from. With the help of their therapists have been able to start working seriously on my issues and their after care team helps me stay accountable to myself.

Mt .Sinai saved my life. The staff always has an open ear, Jeff is great. Fancy Dan was great as well. You can tell they really want to help others. Whitney and Greta I love and miss y'all. Jamie I miss you're sterness and take no malarky from us. There are so many more I want to add and say, but if I do that then I'll never stop . I highly recommend Mt .Sinai .

Mount Sinai saved my life , by far one of the best places , the program was thorough in all areas of recovery , the staff there are some of the most caring people iv met , thanku for all the lives you save .

This place is PERFECT! All of the staff members are so caring, helpful,kind, gentle and understanding. Cevonna was my husband’s therapist, she helped him work through all of his issues. I will be forever grateful to her and all of the staff members! We now have a chance to have a great life together. I was shocked when I found out they haven’t even been open for a whole year. I didn’t personally meet Jeff, but he is a wonderful person, he carefully hand picked all the staff to make it such a fantastic treatment center! I would recommend it to anyone that is struggling with addiction.
